$69 to find out exactly what is wrong — applied to the repair

No two repairs are the same, so we do not quote over the phone. What we do promise: one clear number for the visit, the repair price up front before any work, and a warranty on everything we fix.

How the service call works

You book a visit. The technician arrives, inspects the appliance or system, and identifies the fault — with a meter and a temperature probe, not a guess. You get the price for parts and labor up front. If you approve, the $69 you paid for the visit comes off that price. If you decide not to repair, you have paid $69 for a professional diagnosis and an honest recommendation, and nothing more.

Why there is no price list

A “refrigerator not cooling” call can be a $150 start relay or a $600 sealed-system repair. Publishing one number would be a guess, and a guess is how customers end up with surprises on the invoice. The technician gives you the real price after the diagnosis, before touching a part.

What the price includes

  • The part — genuine or manufacturer-approved
  • Labor, including the return visit if a part has to be ordered
  • Testing the appliance or system through a full cycle before we leave
  • The warranty below

Discounts and payment

Seniors and military — active and veterans — receive a discount on the repair. Mention it when you book and the dispatcher applies it. All forms of payment are accepted: cash, card and electronic transfer, paid on the visit when the work is done.

HVAC installations

New systems are quoted after an on-site assessment: the technician measures the home, checks the ducts and electrical, and gives you a proposal with equipment options. Installation carries a 1-year warranty from us on top of the manufacturer's equipment warranty. More about installation →

Pricing questions

How much does a service call cost?

$69. The technician comes out, diagnoses the problem and gives you a price before any work starts. If you go ahead with the repair, the $69 is applied to the repair — you don't pay it twice.

Do you give a price before the repair?

Yes. After the diagnosis the technician tells you the price for parts and labor up front. Nothing is done until you approve it.

What is the warranty?

90 days on parts and labor for every repair. Sealed-system repairs on refrigerators and HVAC are covered for 6 months. HVAC installations are covered for 1 year.

How do you charge for HVAC?

The same $69 service call applies to HVAC diagnostics, and it is applied to the repair if you go ahead. Installations are quoted after an on-site assessment.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes — seniors and military. Mention it when you book and the dispatcher applies it.

How can I pay?

All forms of payment are accepted — cash, card and electronic transfer.
