Today, our team includes 9 experienced technicians, Kylee in the office who answers your call, and owners Ben and Colette Tenenboim, who remain closely involved in the business and with our customers — Ben still goes out on calls himself.

How we work

A dispatcher takes your call and passes it to the free technician closest to you. The technician comes out between 8 AM and 6 PM, diagnoses the fault, tells you the price up front, and repairs it once you say yes — usually the same visit, from the parts on the van.

We repair all brands, from the everyday to Sub-Zero and Wolf, across kitchen and laundry appliances. On the HVAC side we repair, install and maintain residential systems.

Certification

EPA 608 Universal

Handling refrigerant legally and safely requires EPA Section 608 certification. Ben Tenenboim holds the Universal level — all equipment types — and refrigerant work on refrigerators, freezers, AC systems and mini-splits is done to that standard. Sealed-system repairs carry a 6-month warranty because of it.
