How it works
A technician visits, measures the home, checks the ductwork and electrical, and gives you a quote with equipment options. Installation is scheduled at your convenience; most replacements are completed in one day. We haul away the old equipment.

Central air conditioners, gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers and ductless mini-split systems. For homes without ducts — common in older Los Angeles neighborhoods — a ductless system is often the practical route to cooling.

Price and warranty
The service call is $69 and is applied to the repair when you go ahead. After the diagnosis you get the price for parts and labor up front, and nothing is done until you approve it. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor; sealed-system repairs on refrigeration and HVAC carry 6 months; HVAC installations carry 1 year. Seniors and military — mention it when you book.
