If you haven't called an appliance or HVAC company before, here is exactly how a visit with us works, from the first call to the warranty.
1. You call or book online
Call the main line — Kylee in our office answers — or send a request from the website. Tell us what the appliance or system is doing, the brand and model if you have them, and when you are home. The office calls you back to confirm the time. The phone is answered Monday to Friday 8 AM – 7 PM and on weekends 8 AM – 4 PM.
2. The visit
Visits run between 8 AM and 6 PM, seven days a week. The technician calls when on the way.
3. The diagnosis
The technician finds the cause with the right instruments — a meter, a temperature probe, pressure gauges on HVAC — rather than guessing. The $69 service call covers this.
4. Upfront pricing
You get the price for parts and labor and decide. Nothing is done until you approve it. If you go ahead, the $69 is applied to the repair.
5. The repair
If the part is on hand, the repair can be done right away. If it has to be ordered, we schedule a return visit.
6. The warranty
- 90 days on parts and labor for every repair
- 6 months on sealed-system repairs — refrigeration and HVAC
- 1 year on HVAC installation, on top of the manufacturer's equipment warranty
Payment and discounts
All forms of payment are accepted. Seniors and military — active and veterans — get a discount; mention it when you book. You can meet the team on our About page before anyone comes to your door.
